Take 20 minutes to find your 1RM Turkish Get-Up (TGU).
*This is a 1RM for both L & R.
Complete five rounds of the following kettlebell complex:
5 KB Snatches (Right)
5 KB Push press (Right)
10 H2H Swings
5 KB Snatches (Left)
5 KB Push press (Left)
*All sets begin and end from the TGU position. Increase weight each set.
