  1. OHS's may very well be my worst fundamental movement. It targets my two critical weaknesses…shoulder and hip mobility.

    Rob walked into gym as i was getting ready to leave. He put me through multiple mobility stretches along with Jackie. He takes the time because he cares. If you are thinking of joining this "box" be forewarned…the trainers there will not let you do it alone. You will get the attention you need and the results will prove it

  2. New to CrossFit so didn't know what to expect when doing Over Head Squats. Coach Rob provided me with great stretching techniques before the WOD, words of encouragement and a watchful eye on my form during the WOD as well as a little (ok, a lot) of helping lifting the weight over head to start. Feeling stronger and pushing more weight than I ever thought possible!
