Week 3 of our Whole30 Challenge is underway and you folks are still holding STRONG!! I am sure by now, some, if not ALL of you have encountered some awkward social situations with your friends and families throughout this time and that is OK! Remember it is not their fault that they don’t understand. 

There are many things which could help navigate you through these situations, and over the next few posts I will show you some tactics, but for now….Stay focused and realize one thing….
