WOD – 6/19/12
Take 15 minutes to complete the following:
3 Deadlifts at 70% of 1RM
3 Deadlifts at 80% of 1RM
3 Deadlifts at 90% of 1RM
Then,
Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
2 Handstand push-ups
4 Pull-ups
8 Wallball shots (20#/14#)
