All good things must come to an end. The CFR “Sweaty Sweetheart” event is coming to a close, but not without some love from one last “girl”. Although there are many other “girls” which we will eventually get to at CFR, today you will get the chance to storm through my personal all-time favorite “girl”….”Helen”. I am not quite sure why I am so fond of this one, maybe it is because to me, she truly embodies classic CrossFit…she is simple, fun, and makes me wanna vommit 🙂
I love “Helen” SOOO much that I am even willing to throw a “Helen” challenge tomorrow! Anyone who can beat OPT’s “Helen” time AS RX’D will recieve a FREE CFR T-Shirt! Think you can do it?
