In other GREAT news…CrossFit Rockland’s very own Coach Drew placed 5th overall at the CrossFit Hoboken Winter Challenge this past weekend! Even though there were only 6 competitors…hahaha…just kidding. He placed 5th out of close to 100 competitors!! Now that is totally SOLID!! Way to go Coach Drew!!
