Team WOD

“Team Jackie”
For time:
Row 1000m
50 Thrusters (45#/35#)
30 Pull-ups
*This is a 3 person team workout in which each team member will line up to complete “Jackie”. Only one team member can be at any given movement. This means team member number 2 cannot start the row until number 1 has finished, etc. This continues until all 3 team members have finished “Jackie” at which point the team must run 400m together. Time only stops once all 3 team members have crossed the finish.
