Workout of the Day
Partner WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of:
10 Pull-ups
15 Dumbbell thrusters (45#/25#)
25 Box jumps (24”/20”)

*This is a partner workout in which partner 1 will begin the sequence listed above while partner 2 goes for a 400m med ball run. Once partner 2 returns from the run, he/she will pick up in the sequence where partner 1 left off and partner 1 goes for the run. This continues for the 18 minute time period. Men will use a 20# med ball and the women will use 14#.
