Whole30 Update:
As we enter our 3rd week of the Whole30 Challenge, I just wanted to check in and make sure things are still going well! By now, as your body begins to “reset” to its “designed state” your energy levels should start to be reinstated, you might notice you are sleeping better, allergies seem to have gone away and a host of other cool things start to occur. We know this is happening because many of you have told us how “pretty good” you are beginning to feel! Remember, if you have ANY questions please do not hesitate to ask. I will be around the box a lot more now and my brain is yours to pick 🙂
