Cost: $12/person (includes 2 games + shoe rental)
Time to break out grandma’s favorite sweater!! Our 2nd Annual CrossFit Rockland Ugly Sweater Holiday Bowling Extravaganza is TONIGHT!!
We reserved a chunk of lanes at New City Bowling Alley and the bar is stocked and ready to go!! Bowling or not everyone is invited! So bring your loved ones, family, kids (if it’s not too late) and have some fun! The more Ugly Holiday Sweaters, the better!! Of course sporting your Ugliest Holiday Sweater is not a requirement, BUT it is TOTALLY encouraged!

30 Alternating DB snatches (45#/25#)
30 DB goblet squats
30 Hand release push-ups
30 DB weighted sit-ups
*Athletes must complete 3 box jumps (24”/20”) at the start of each minute.
