“WOD for Megan”
In teams of 2 complete:
60 Front Rack Step Ups
60 Hang Clean & Jerks
60 Pull-ups
120 Calorie Row
60 Pull-ups
60 Hang Clean & Jerks
60 Front Rack Step Ups
Divide the reps up however you like. Men will use a bar loaded with 95# and a 24″ box, Women will use a bar loaded with 65# and a 20″ box.
Originally this workout was prescribed using dumbbells and ring rows which represented many of the movements Megan was performing almost every time she did a workout during her last trimester. However due to equipment limitations we will perform similar variations as described above.
