We can’t even begin to thank you all enough for all of your support at our Barbells For Boobs event this past Saturday! It was especially awesome getting to share the day with our friends from CrossFit Nyack, CrossFit 858 and District CrossFit! Together we have been able to raise close to $5000 with more funds still rolling in! We have a community like none other….Thank You!!!

10 Thrusters (95#/65#)
10 Lateral burpees
200m Sprint
15 Thrusters (95#/65#)
15 Lateral burpees
200m Sprint
20 Thrusters (95#/65#)
20 Lateral burpees
200m Sprint

*Athlete must jump over the bar (laterally) between each burpee.
