The Whole30 Challenge v4.0 is almost OVER!!! With less than one week left, here is what you will need to do to complete the Challenge:

  • Ensure your $20 has been payed
  • Have “post” photos taken 1/30, 1/31, or 2/1
  • Weigh-in 1/30, 1/31, or 2/1
  • Participate in any or all of the “post” benchmark WODs next week

Voting will occur at CFR from 2/4 thru 2/7 and the winners will be announced at our CFR Happy Hour on 2/8! Remember, only the photos are required for prize eligibility!
