Unfortunately, due to some scheduling conflicts the “Suck-Less Clinic” scheduled for 8/20 will need to be postponed. We have not yet solidified a date, but fear not folks, it will happen 🙂

  1. A BIG HOOOOOOOO-RAY for the SUPERCALAFRAGILISTIC A9:30 AND 10:30 CREWS, WOOT WOOT!!! Congrats to Bonnie for upping her working weight on her deadlift by TEN pounds at 125# AND rowing, WOOT! To Dena for hangin' tough at 105# deadlift for her first time AND for rowing, WOOT! And to EJ and Nelson (Brotha From Anotha Motha) for ROCKIN' out the pistol squates, HEEEEEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAAAWWWW!!! Looks like we're up 2 more people on thsoe pistols… Hmmmm…. Hopefully soon we'll see them in a workout, YEAH!!! Props to everyone on their pistol progressions. You all did FANTASTIC!!! ROCK ON!!!

Remember what I said, everytime you go to sit back in a chair just work the negative. You may get some looks, lol, but it can't hurt, xo!!!
