WOD – 11/3/10

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 Deadlifts (80% 1RM)
10 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
10 Box jumps, 24″ box

Post weight used for the Deadlift and rounds completed to comments.
