Part 1:
Complete the following:
Max Dead hang pull-ups in 3 minutes.
Rest 1 minute, then:
3x Hollow position hold for 45 seconds resting 30 seconds between efforts.

Part 2:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
14 Hang power snatches (75#/55#)
28 Double-unders
100m Sprint
