The Non-Rx Competition is this Saturday!
For those not aware, this is a CrossFit competition where each and every movement is designed to be 100% scalable to your skill and ability. This is a partner competition with CO-ED’s ALLOWED.

- When: Saturday, July 7th from 9am-4pm
- Cost: $35/athlete
