Workout of the Day
With a running clock set for 20 minutes complete the following sequence for as long as you are able or until the max time is reached:
Min 1 – 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Wallball
Min 2 – 2 Hang Power Cleans + 2 Wallballs
Min 3 – 3 Hang Power Cleans + 3 Wallballs
Min 4 – 4 Hang Power Cleans + 4 Wallballs
Etc…
Min 20 – 20 Hang Power Cleans + 20 Wallballs

Men use a 95# barbell and 20# medicine ball.
Women use a 65# barbell and 14# medicine ball.

*Use as many sets each minute as needed.
