Workout of the Day
In front of a clock set for 36 minutes:

Complete the following every 3 minutes for 12 minutes:
10 KB Single Leg RDL (each side)
5 KB Snatches (each side)

then

Complete the following every 3 minutes for 12 minutes:
10 KBS
20 Alternating Goblet Step-ups

then

Complete the following every 3 minutes for 12 minutes:
5 KB Clean and Jerks (each side)
30 Double-unders

There is no rest between EMOMs. KB weight is athlete choice.
