With a running clock set for 20 minutes complete the following sequence:
2 Minutes of Calorie Row
2 Minutes of Goblet Squats (53#/35#)
2 Minutes of Ring Dips
2 Minutes of Double-Unders
2 Minutes of Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
2 Minutes of Wallballs (20#/14#)
2 Minutes of Burpees

Rest 1 minute between each movement.
