Whole30 Update:
Some of you have been counting down the days, hours, minutes and seconds, while others are actually quite enjoying this experience! Either way, the Whole30 Challenge is about to come to an end! Starting today we will be repeating some of the same workouts that we did right before you made the plunge. This will give you a chance to see not only how eating affects the way you look and feel, but how you perform as well!

“After” picture dates and times have been posted at the box. Please be sure to check them out so we can get your after shots and final weigh-in. Details for voting and our “Victory Party” will be announced soon, so stay tuned.

In the meantime, keep up all the good work! The stories we are hearing are remarkable and we are SO very proud of you all!!!
