Complete the following sequence every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
3 Hang power cleans
1 Push Jerk
*Use 70% 1RM power clean
Then,
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
7 Burpee box jumps (24”/20”)
7 Toes-to-bars
