Schedule Announcement:

If you have been to CFR on a Saturday in recent weeks, you have likely noticed that it is PACKED!! Now as much as I liked getting midnight txts from folks “wait listed”, the time has come to ADD another class on Saturdays….WOOHOO!!!! Starting December 1st, we will be adding an 11:00am WOD class to the schedule.

Our new hours will be as follows:
Saturday – 9:00am, 10:00am, & 11:00am

WOD – 11/29/12

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
1 Muscle-up
7 Ring dips
1 Deadlift (350#/245#)
7 Kettlebell swings (70#/55#)

Post number of rounds and reps completed to comments.
