Take 15 minutes to complete the following:
5 Front Squat at 65% of 1RM
5 Front Squat at 75% of 1RM
5 Front Squat at 85% of 1RM

then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
Run 400m
15 Pull-ups
12 Burpees
