A year goes by incredibly fast!!!!
We….have moved, expanded, and grown.
You…have ran, climbed, carried, pushed, pulled, rowed, lifted, sweat, torn, cried, laughed, screamed, cheered, bled, and partied.
Together….we have built a community filled with the most amazing group of people this town has to offer! We are family, we ARE CROSSFIT ROCKLAND!

WOD – 11/15/11
Take 15 minutes to complete the following:
3 Deadlifts at 70% of your 1RM
3 Deadlifts at 80% of your 1RM
3 Deadlifts at 90% of your 1RM
then,
Completed as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Hand-release push-ups
15 Deadlifts (225#/155#)
20 Wallballs (20#/14#)
