Workout of the Day
Take 20 minutes to work up to a heavy 1 rep power clean.

“Death by Burpee”
With a continuously running clock do one burpee the first minute, two burpees the second minute, three burpees the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Competitors WOD
Take 20 minutes to find your 1RM Clean & Jerk.

Three rounds for time of:
20 Pull-ups
20 Front squats (135#/95#)
20 Burpee box jumps (24″/20″)
