Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
50-ft Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunges
8 Renegade Rows with Push-up
8 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans

Men use 45# dumbbells.
Women use 25# dumbbells.

Partners alternate after each completed round.
