News & Updates:
1) Details for our 3rd Annual CrossFit Rockland Ugly Sweater Holiday Bowling Extravaganza have been posted on our EVENTS page as well as FaceBook. We hope to see EVERYONE there!!!

2) Starting this week the Competitors Class on Mon & Wed at 7:30pm has been replaced with a CrossFit WOD Class! This means you now have 5 classes to choose from every Monday and Wednesday evening!

Workout of the Day
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
200 Double-unders
100 Squats
80 Burpees
60 Wallballs (20#/14#)
40 Toes-to-bars
20 Strict handstand push-ups
10 Muscle-ups
