Schedule Change – Our new weekday morning schedule starts next week!

Our new weekday morning schedule will be as follows:

  • Mon – 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am & 9:30am
  • Tues – 5:30am, 6:30am & 9:30am
  • Wed – 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am & 9:30am
  • Thu – 5:30am, 6:30am & 9:30am
  • Fri – 5:30am, 6:30am & 9:30am

Workout of the Day
Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (245#/165#)
9 Deficit Handstand Push-ups (4”/2.5”)
