Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
4 Clean and jerks (135#/95#)
8 Sit-ups
12 Kettlebell swings (70#/53#)
Run 200m

Competitors Class
Complete 3 hang power cleans EMOM for 10 minutes.
*Use 70% of 1RM power clean. All sets must be unbroken.

HBBS: 5×3 @ 80%, 3×2 @85%, 2×1 @90%

Clapping push-ups – 50 reps
