Zap…Bonk….POW…

Okay so a few weeks back Big Bob posted an interesting discussion on the CrossFit Rockland Facebook page, but it got NO love…shame on you people…so I figured I would post it here and see if we could get some feedback. So….if you could have ANY super power, what would it be? List your top three! I will get it started….I think I will go with…Rogue’s ability to copy or absorb another’s powers or skills…cause then I could just grab any of you folks and temporarily borrow any of the powers you picked…HA!

Now CrossFit will not exactly give you super powers, but it will make you suck a whole lot less at life…Happy Squatting!!!!

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.
