Workout of the Day
Four rounds for time of:
Run 800m
Rest 2 minutes

Competitors Class
“Outlaw Complex”
Complete five rounds of the following:
1 Squat clean
3 Front squats
1 Split jerk
3 Back squats (high bar)
1 Split jerk
*Rest 2-3 minutes between each of the 5 attempts. Weight should be increased each attempt.

Accumulate 50 alternating shoulder taps from the handstand position.
or
Accumulate 3 minutes in the handstand position.
