30 Handstand push-ups
30 Hang power cleans (135#/95#)

Competitors WOD
Pause Front Squats – 3×3
*Hold the bottom position for 10 seconds.

With a partner, complete the following for time:
30 Calorie row
30 Lateral Burpees (over the bar)
30 Hang power cleans (135#/95#)
*Partner 1 must complete the entire sequence before tagging partner 2. Score will be the final time once partner 2 has completed the sequence.
