50-ft Mixed Grip Weighted Walking Lunges
15 Strict Pull-ups
50-ft Mixed Grip Weighted Walking Lunges
15 Strict Ring Dips
One arm is held with weight locked out overhead while the other arm is held with weight locked out at side.
Switch arm position every 25-ft. Use dumbbells, kettlebells or a combination of both. Weight is athlete choice.
