1) Today is the LAST day to vote for The Whole30 Challenge participants! The final winners announcement takes place TONIGHT at our Post Whole30 Happy Hour at 7:30pm!
2) CFR will be CLOSED this weekend due to the Strength Specific Seminars on both Saturday and Sunday. However, Jules will be hosting a WOD at Nyack HS at 9:00am on Saturday for anyone who wishes to attend (NO CLASS CAP).
