Workout of the Day 
Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
10 Strict Ring Dips
15 Kettlebell Swings (70#/53#)

then

3 Rounds not for time:
10 Left-arm Kettlebell Reverse Lunges
10 Left-arm Kettlebell Side Bends
10 Right-arm Kettlebell Reverse Lunges
10 Right-arm Kettlebell Side Bends

Perform all reps on one arm unbroken. Step back with the leg opposite of the KB for the lunges.
