Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
200-ft Dumbbell Overhead Lunges (50#/35#)
50 Dumbbell Box Step-ups (50#/35#)
50 Burpee Pull-ups
20 Wall Walks

Men use a 24” box.
Women use a 20” box.
