Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
50-ft Single-arm Overhead Walking Lunges
8 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
50-ft Single-arm Overhead Walking Lunges
8 Toes-to-bar

Men use 50# Dumbbell or Kettlebell
Women use 35# Dumbbell or Kettlebell
