30-20-10 reps for time of:
Alternating Step-ups
Burpees

WOD – Light Equipment:
30-20-10 reps for time of:
Alternating Weighted Step-ups
Burpees

WOD – Full Equipment: 
30-20-10 reps for time of:
Alternating Dumbbell Step-ups
Burpees 

Men use 50# dumbbell and 24” box
Women use 35# dumbbell and 20” box
