then

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time:
Kettlebell Swings (70#/53#)
Goblet Squats (70#/53#)

This entire sequence is to be performed unbroken. Each time the sequence is broken complete 10 Burpees and then continue.
