Workout of the Day
Alternating rounds with a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes of:
8 Deadlifts (135#/95#)
4 Hang squat cleans (135#/95#)
2 Shoulder-to-overhead (135#/95#)
*Each team will get one bar and alternate after each completed round.
