Workout of the Day 
Work up to a heavy Turkish Get-up on both sides.


Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
2 Shuttle Sprints (50-ft)
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50#/35#)

1 Shuttle Sprint = Down (25-ft) & Back (25-ft).
