Workout of the Day
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
50-ft Mixed Dumbbell Walking Lunges
16 Burpees
50-ft Mixed Dumbbell Walking Lunges
16 Toes-to-bar

Mixed dumbbell is with one arm extended overhead while the other arm is held at side (suitcase). Alternate arms every 25-ft.

Men use 50# DBs or 53# KBs.
Women use 35# DBs or 35# KBs.
