10 Hang power cleans (135#/95#)
3 Position Pull x 5 (w/2 sec pause at ea.)
*Use 50% of 1RM Sq. SN
Complete seven rounds of the following complex:
1 Sq. SN from below the knees
1 Sq. SN from above the knees
1 Sq. SN from hi-hang position
*Use 70% of 1RM Sq. SN
Bulgarian split squats – 3×12 (AHAP)
