Workout of the Day 
Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
1 Muscle-up
15 Double-unders
2 Muscle-ups
30 Double-unders
3 Muscle-ups
45 Double-unders
4 Muscle-ups
60 Double-unders

Add one rep to the muscle-ups and 15 reps to the double-unders each round.
