Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
500m Row
25 Double-unders
500m Row
50 Double-unders
500m Row
75 Double-unders
500m Row
100 Double-unders
Etc…

Add 25 double-unders to each round. Every 100m of rowing = 1 rep.
