We will be closed for the Spartan Race this Saturday (June 4th). If you weren’t planning on running the event with us, your WOD for Saturday will be to run a 5K, just like us, minus all the mud, barbed wire, fire and other boring stuff…HA! If you are not sure, a 5K is 3.1 miles and could easily be mapped out using mapmyrun.com or you could do it the old fashion way and use your car.
If anyone already registered for the event would like to get their Race Packet early, please see one of your coaches for details.
