Complete 2 Back Squats on the minute for 12 minutes.

Use 80% of 1 RM Back Squat. 

then…

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
Pull-ups
Push-ups

Post weight used for the Back Squats and time to comments.
