This is the WOD that never ends…yes it goes on and on my friend…

Nothing better than getting our affiliate communities together! CF ACT + CF Rockland + GSP Lululemon = kick a** good time…even if we did get kicked out of the store by security!!!!! If you have never done a WOD inside of a mall store, then run to your nearest Lululemon store…gear in hand and lay it down…

25 Walking lunge steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

Today I was a puppy…a very tired puppy lol 15 walking lunges, 12 pull ups with the green band 25 box jumps 14 inches, 12 tuck jumps, 15 chair dips, 20 knees to waist, 15 35lbs kettle bell swings, 30 sit ups, 12 hang squat cleans w 10lbs kettle bells, 12 goodmornings with 33lbs, 12 kettle bell thursters w 15lbs kettle bells and 1 beginner rope climb. Total time 12:26.
