If you would like to participate in the 2013 CrossFit Open please register online and sign-up for your heat at the box TODAY. Saturday’s Heat assignments will be posted on our website each week on Friday.
If you are unable to make it on any given Saturday due to other commitments, you must arrange for a make-up with one of the coaches.
